I- RESERVATIONS

The reservations can be done by e-mail, fax or phone. As soon as we get your inquiries all the tour or excursion information and rates will be send to you.

II- DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

Your reservations are guaranteed after as soon as you fill up a reservation form and send it back to us or once we receive the wire of your deposit of 25 % of the total payment. The final payment will be paid at our main office.

III- AMENDMENTS BY THE CLIENTS

Ksour Travel and its team will do the best they can in order to make any change you may need in your program, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible all the time, especially in a high tourist season. Some changes may require additional fees that must be paid by clients on supplement.

IV- CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the trip is something no one of us like but we have to deal with.
- Less than 2 weeks, the deposit will not be refunded.
- 15 to 8 days before departure: 50 % of the total invoice
- 8 to 4 days before departure: 75 % of the total invoice
- 4 to 1 days before departure: 100 % of the total invoice

V- INSURANCE

Ksour Voyages strongly recommend that all travelers have to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering all the medical emergency, including repatriation, cancellation and stay interruption.

VI- DOCUMENTS:

All travelers have to obtain a passport, and any visas if required.

VII- RESPONSABILITY

Ksour voyages can only be responsible for making the arrangements for all services ordered and paid by the client and cannot be held responsible for the following events: Strikes, social events, bad weather, wars and loss of luggage or other effects.
Ksour voyages reserves the right to make any changes of transport, a lodging, a route with another, as well as dates and starting schedules, with no refund to the participants.
